Job Functions:
- Administrative support of the Moscow office. - Receiving, distributing and sending mails and phone calls; - Keeping documents flow; - Translations RU/EN; - Preparing the office for hosting seminars, business breakfasts, round tables and such marketing events;
Skills / Abilities:
- Higher education; - Fluent English; - Positive attitude, willingness to help; - Team player; - Good communication skills; - Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience:
- Experience working as a secretary/office manager no less than 1 year;
